2018年做一大罐紫蘇梅,這些年慢慢吃捨不得吃,換到中瓶保存,想說試試看可以再放幾年,
今年作了脆梅,也是用2018年學的作法,將醃脆梅的糖漿作成果凍墊底,再放上脆梅用來招待客人,此道甜品增加口感變化又吸睛,
料理與生活美學作了最完美的結合!
